Reminds me of Princess Mumba (?) from the Return to Oz movie that Disney made in the 80’s. She collected heads from all sorts of pretty young ladies and would change heads regularly. She tried to lock Dorothy in her attic to wait until she grew a little older before stealing her head, too… creepy!
