I bet it’s obvious…but i can’t figure out which lego person i should be looking out, who has no pants on. any clues?

The one with the yellow legs of course. Everyone else is different colored legs indicating they’re wearing pants.
And who’s the one above Nick on the second floor? He looks like he’s wearing something completely odd.

the hotel sign? its not glass, its just the square light pieces all stuck together to form the letters.
