why are they all wet i understand the pirates but why are the rest of the other people wet???

because it was raining slightly, and i took the photo the only place i could find a good standing pool of water- at the bottom of the gutter that was still spilling water.

Ah. The camera caught the ripples just right to make it look like the pirates were in a moving stream!
